As a demon herself she is blue skined but different from most of Demons, she doesn't have horn on her head.

Rona is cautious and meticulous, always on the look out for more information to obtain and analyze.

Chronology
Rona disguised herself as a student in order to infiltrate Raidou's class in chapter 98. In chapter 99, Makoto uncovers her disguise and tries to get her to answer questions.
